What are your event rates?
We get it—every event is one-of-a-kind! Because of that, we like to customize our rates to fit your specific needs. The price for your event can change based on a few things:
The type of event: A full-on wedding has different needs and pricing than a corporate retreat or a birthday bash.
- The number of guests: Our rates are based on your group size so we can give you the best experience possible.
- The time of year and day: Prices are usually higher during our busiest seasons (March, April, May, September, and October) and on weekends.
- How long your event is: We have options for just one day or multi-day packages.
- Any extras you need: We can offer everything from just renting the space to all-inclusive packages that include accommodations, planning help, and more.
To get an exact quote, just reach out and tell us a little more about what you have in mind. We have a detailed pricing guide we’re happy to share that lays out our starting rates and package options. We can’t wait to help you plan an unforgettable event!
Do you allow full property buy outs?
Yes, absolutely! We love hosting full property buyouts because it creates a totally private and curated experience where you and your guests have free run of the entire property. This is the perfect option for those who want to create a truly exclusive and personal event.
A full buyout means you get to enjoy all of our glamping tents, event spaces, and amenities just for your group, without any outside guests. It gives you the ultimate flexibility to plan your event exactly how you want it, from a multi-day wedding celebration to a fun and private corporate retreat.
Since these are so popular, we recommend reaching out as soon as you have a date in mind. To check availability and start planning your exclusive Hill Country experience, please fill out our intake form and we will reach out to you based on your preference (phone, email, text, in person meeting/tour) with availability & pricing to get started.
Do you have Tesla or e-chargers on site?
We know how important it is to keep your electric vehicle charged and ready to go. We are in the process of installing on-site charging stations for our guests, so please check back soon for updates!
In the meantime, the good news is that there are several charging stations conveniently located nearby. You can find both Tesla and universal EV chargers at various businesses and wineries in Fredericksburg and the surrounding area. We recommend using an app like PlugShare or the charging network’s native app (like Tesla’s) to find the most current locations and real-time availability.
